In my childhood, growing up in New Jersey I grew up watching the  Dean Martin Roasts on TV, which was filmed in Las Vegas and I instantly knew that the Gaming Industry was my calling. I began my career at Caesars in Atlantic City in 1985. Shortly after I transferred to Caesars in Las Vegas and neverlooked back. I moved up in the ranks starting from host, to manager, and all aspects of Casino Marketing as a Director and Vice President. I opened the Paris Casino in Las Vegas in 1999 and was recently part of the 12 person brain trust to launch the newest casino in Downtown Vegas, the Downtown Grand, which was once the Old Lady Luck Casino. I have worked in both big and small boxes in Las Vegas and also Markets on the East and West coast. I have molded and trained countless hosts in my career I have taught hosts all over the country ‘how it’s done’. My signature seminars; “The Casino Host Boot Camp” and “Casino Telemarketing” has become a staple training course for Casino Marketing and Casino Player Development departments across America.”
